Rejoov Fitness is once again heading to Port Stephens for our November Running and Triathlon Training Weekend and we invite you to join us.
The weekend is from Fri 22nd until Mon 25th November inclusive. We have booked out an entire apartment complex close to the Tomaree National Park, Fingal & Shoal Bays, sand dunes and a 10min walk to Nelson Bay centre. There are 13 apartments consisting of a combination of studio, 1 bed and 2 bedroom and bookings will be on a first come first serve basis.
We will be catering for all levels of runner and triathlete with run and swim sessions, technique development plus strength and core stability sessions. We will also provide breakfast (Sat,Sun,Mon) and dinner (Fri & Sat nights) so you don’t even need to worry about cooking. Just bring along your energy, a good book and enjoy the weekend amongst like minded people.
There’s also some fun social games to look forward to as the sun goes down and we celebrate a great day’s training with some good food and wine.
The 2 night package is $275pp and 3 nights $330pp. We encourage you all to take the long weekened option so as to really get the full experience, train well but also enjoy a relaxing weekend away without the hassle of Fri night / Sunday night traffic.
Ideally you will be able to form your own apartment with mates (both 1 bed and 2 bed options) or you may be happy to share with some new faces. We are able to offer a group discount of 10%pp for those of you able to fill a 2 bedroom apartment with 4 people (1 x couple and 2 x singles).
