Around the same time, HuRTS ultra-trail-specialist Jonathan Worswick was leading his team to victory in the Brisbane Oxfam Trailwalker. Way down south, in Tasmania, intrepid Irish HuRTS come-back-king Dave Kane (aka Kanser) completed an excellent run in the Launceston 10k, which featured a host of Olympians and other top runners. 6 runners broke 30 minutes which indicates how strong the competition was. Dave achieved an impressive 33:50 time which is just reward for some really hard work over the last year, and shows he is in great form ahead of the Gold Coast Marathon.
